Good morning

7:00 decaf coffee (yuck)
B: 2 strip Rye kirsps with low fat cheese spread.
S: 2 handful of salted unpealed pumbkin seeds
L: Salad, meat
S: 4 sips Hot cocoa with protien added, Arabic Coffee sun flower and pumbkin seeds.
D: cheese stick.

I didn't feel energetic to work out, it's our weekend!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Yesterday for me:

B. Coffee with Protein.

L. Chicken and vegetable soup with soy crisps
S. Orange
D. Part of a whole wheat wrap/eggplant parm
S. THis is where it all falls apart: Cheese, a piece of candy, cheese its, crackers with spinach dip.

Dust myself off and start again today....................

Hi,
My brother & SIL are here from FL. They don't know about the WLS and I'm spending lots of time with them. It would be so much easier to tell them & it would be cool with me to do so but I know my SIL would feel the need to report it to the immediate universe.
B) bocca burger, lf cheese, 1T LF yogart
L) 2 bites of chicken pie, bite of cheese, strip of gyro meat (spent mid-morning at farmers mkt.)
S) double protein & coffee
S) 1 T hummus, 4 pretz. sticks, 2 oz. goat cheese
D) slice fresh tomato, 2oz. grnd. beef, 2 pickles
I need to get my act together for tomorrow and the rest of the week while I have company...you can't believe all the food that is flying here...
