I am going to start to post S- for snack so people know what i am eating. So if you see an L- in my posts later on is becasue I forgot and got into the habit of using the L instead of the S.


B- 3/4 cup chili
S- 3/4 cup hotdish
D- 2 oz. porkshop & 3 brussel sprouts and a 2 T. creamed potaotes.
S- banana(small)update- no banana I instead had cinamon pork rinds( I forgot about them and found them when I cleaned up my pantry)
Supper- enchalada & 100 calories ice cream bar
S- hotcoco protein drink

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
