B- 1/2 cup cheetoes & 5 strawberries dipped in splenda
S- 1/2 cup cheetoes & 1 can of kippersnack fish- It did not gag me today
D- 2 T. baked potatoe, 2 1/2 oz. beef (baked with cream of mushroom soup) 4 sugar free candies. I had a sweet tooth this noon
S- banana (small)
Supper- 2 oz headcheese & 1 1/2 T. dorthy lynch dressing to dip my meat in.
S- hotcoco protein drink
Bad day for cheetoes, I almost everyday have 2 to 4 sugarfree candies and that takes care of my sweet tooth. Unless I have a protein bar, that takes the place of sugar free candy for me.
