| Super Moderator | (((((((((HUGS))))))))) Hanadi! I can understand your frustration, but please do be careful how you take it out on food. You may not feel like exercising right now, but my advise is to pick yourself up and go to the gym for a good round of working your sweat up. I really mean it, force yourself to do this, even if you don't have the energy. You will be surprised how a good workout will also work out your frustration. If you just sit there, feeling frustrated about your present situation, it is going to do you a lot of harm, and no good. Cleanse your mind of your scholarship right now, even if for only a few hours, and put something else there instead (but not food, obviously). If you keep the scholarship on your front burners, you are not going to get a new perspective, which also means that you are not going to be able to find a new way to resolve the situation. Don't obsess that it is not going the way you want it to. Let go of it for a while, and you might be surprised by what comes up to solve your situation. You more than anybody else are familiar with "Inshallah". Allah, I am sure, will give you what you turly need ar the time that He knows when you truly need it. No sooner, no later. It is in His hands, and we all have to learn to take life on life's terms, not ask for life on our terms. We also need to trust that we are loved enough to be given what we need when we need it. Trust yourself that you are loved by all. Life always has its ups and downs, and often, we have to stomach what we don't like. Don't beat yourself up that you are taking your frustration out the way you should be careful not to. Try to do the things you need to do for now, and let everything take care of itself. May you be blessed with what you need. (((((((HUGS)))))))

5' 6" Height: | Chuppy, Please don't take this out on yourself. Please do as Doc says...get out and get moving. Take all those bad feelings to the gym and release them so positive ones may replace them. It is really a downer right now for you but it won't stay that way. Just think how bad you would feel right now if you were back where you started before WLS!!! Yikes. You have come a long way. It is that old stinking thinking that is messing with you now. Your the boss...kick some butt. I know you can with both hands tied behind your back. Keep the faith. We all care about you so much!!! (((((OK))))) B) bocca burger, 2T NF plain yogart, 1 slice LF cheese L) 2.5 oz. turkey breast, tomato slice, 2 pickle chips D) 4oz. grilled chicken, marinated broccoli, green beans & carrots See you tommorrow, Kat |

Height: | I am glad that you were able to find your silver lining under your cloud of sadness sweetheart. Okay so today is accountability for me here goes. B-3 jalepeno poppers with cream cheese from Arbys S-other 3 poppers L- Lunchable pizza kit minus the crunch candy bar (gave to hubby) S-1/2 Luna protein bar D- 1/3 double cheeseburger from McDonalds and five fries and assorted sunflower seeds throughout the race. My eating was kinda hard yesterday cuz I was at the Nascar race in the Poconos with hubby and the people he works with. I did take my vitamins in the morning and got down some decent water though to keep hydrated in the heat. I was grateful for the clean bathrooms at the race...(also the world's longest bathrooms supposedly....lol) I didn't want to use the trees like many others were resorting to before and after the race...heheehee. I have to admit that I was tempted to buy the sugary glazed almonds that were sold there, but walked away from the race without buying any.....good girl. Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hanadi, just do it. Even if you don't feel like it, go to the gym or on a walk. Once you take that first step, I bet you can clear your head and get back on track. We're all pulling for you--you always do the same for everyone else.

Height: | the jalepeno poppers were fried so not the best choice...but I so crave them. They are one of my fave things in the world....lol. I guess every once in awhile is not too bad. The sad thing is that I really wanted salad, but my pouch tolerates fried poppers better than salad...go figure. Janae |
