Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Starting the day off pretty bad. I took out a container out of the freezer last night. thinking it was meatloaf. I was going to check the container out to see if my meatloaf was thawed out, well it was a container of strawberries. Well I could not resist and I ate the strawberries that had been sweetened with sugar, well I have been on the toilet half the morning from those strawberries. Hopefully those were the last of the frozed strawberries that come in a container sweetened already. I love strawberries any shape and form and just cannot resist them. I bet if I find another container later on, I will eat them too, I do deserve what happens afterwords. I am a very stubburn person and I have to really get sick to stay away from something that I love. We are going to pick strawberries this summer and I am going to cut them up and put splenda on them and freeze them, those I can eat with no problem. At least I know my pouch works just fine, that it hates sugar!!!!!!!! B- Stawberries with the dreaded real sugar(I dumped all morning) S- wheat sticks (one pkg) D- hamburger, pepper hotdish from the other day (3/4 cup) S- porkrinds S- Hamburger with one slice swiss cheese melted all over the hamburger S- hotcoco protein shake (Taffee)
