Good afternoon,

7:00AM coffee
B: whole wheat egg omlete sandwich with tomato
S: cheese stick with turkish cofee
L: green salad (Taboula), cole slaw, 3 spoons whole grains with ground beef, roasted pine nuts and green peas.
S: Hot Cocoa with protien added.
D: later

Will workout today but after I come back from Obaji, this Beverly Hills Dermatoligist I have been using their profeesional treatment for skin and I can see good results.

Hi Everyone,
i feel like I finally belong....got the foameys tonight. OMG it was horrible. I was on the border of barfing and foamies and I wanted to die. I was at a restaurant w/my family visiting from FL. I was so embaressed but was even in more agony. I think it was some shredded cabbage that was lightly steamed that got me and there was also shrimp involved. Going on soft food for a couple of days after that.
B) 1 rye toast, 1 egg
S) protein & coffee
L) 3oz. grilled chix breast, 2oz. marinated veggies
D) 4 shrimp, bite of steamed cabbage
S) 3T hummus, 5 rice crackers
Later, gators.

AWWWWWW KAT sorry this happened to you, and of course out
and in with friends. Its hard to always tell what causes it
we just get grouchy pouchies. I konw eating out early
on for me was difficult and i was best haveing very soft
foods.

What i ate on monday:

Breakfast: JimmyDEAN ommelette w/ sausage and cheese
SNACK: cheese stick
Lunch: eggsalad on a low carb whole grain wrap
SNACK: protein bar
SNACK: handful pretzels
DINNER: 2 ounces of steak and corn
SNACK: sugar free fudge pop

took my supp
drank plenty of fluids
excersise lacked but oh well
