Achiev1 - 20 g protein

B - slice whole wheat toast, fat free cream cheese, sugar free raspberry spread - 9 g protein

16 oz water w/crystal light

L - (mouthful or two of each...) Hot antipasto (left over's, yay!) Clams, mussels, eggplant, shrimp, broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella, scallops, calamari, tomatoes, spinach, garlic - I'm guessing 15 - 20 g protein (between fish and cheeses, about 5 - 6 oz total of everything)

16 oz water w/crystal light

So far:
protein = 39
fluid = 32

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Wow Christy That Smart Ones English Muffin Has 13g Of Protein In It? Can You Tell Me About The Cal, Carbs And Fat. How Does It Taste?

B- Achieve One Protein Drink
S-carb & Sugar Control Yogurt And 1/2 Package Of Protein Cereal MIXED IN.
L- SMALL CAN OF TUNA, 1/2 CUCUMBER AND 3 MELBA CRACKERS
S- 1/4 PIECE OF PROTEIN BAR AND 1/2 BANANA W/TEASP OF PEANUTBUTTER (the banana was huge)
D- WENT TO CHINESE BUFFETT, I HAD MOSTLY CHICKEN, DIFFERENT TYPES, 1/2 EGGROLL AND 3 SPOONS OF ORANGE SHERBERT.
S- HMMMMM I GUESS 1oz FF CHEESE AND 3 MELBA CRACKERS

NOT A BAD DAY BUT WILL TRY TO EAT A LITTLE MORE FOOD TOMORROW

Edie, yeah, it tastes pretty good. I don't have the package with me, but it has like 20 grams of carbs. I know that's a lot, but I am so tired of trying to find something that has enough protein in it. It has egg, ham, and cheese. You will have to try it.

I am definitely eating as much as you, if not more. Here is what I have eaten (and will eat) for the day

B- 2 eggs scrambled with 2 tsp. cottage cheese mixed in.
S - Decaf coffee
L - 3.5 ounces cubed steak. 4 large strawberris
S - tiny can of 4-8 juice,romaine lettuce leaf with a little cream cheese spread onto it and a piece of ham on top and then rolled up.
D - I plan on having 4oz. of veggie burger with cheese melted on
S - I plan on having strawberries with Sugar Free Whipped cream

Believe it or not, after all of that food in one day, I still go to bed feeling hungry. Again, back to the "pouch too large" complaint.

Christy - how can you think you're eating too much? It's only 3 meals because either the shake or bar can be considered a snack!

AM - nectar protein
