Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese S- one weiner(low fat & only one carb.) that just seems like my pouch does not care for a weiner, it feels kinda like upset but not really, if that makes any sence to you. This is the second time since surgery that I had a weiner and does the same thing to me then as now. I think it is becasue it is processed and those kind of foods really do not agree with me. I am sure that I will try again later on down the road to see if it settles better on my pouch. For now I am going to leave them alone. D- 3 oz. meatloaf with ketchup & 1/4 cup califlower and brocoli cooked. S- hotcoco protein drink Supper- I am going to try one of my favorite german dish. Kneifla with sourkraut, an egg and my protein powders as the dough. I hope it works. If not I am going to try it until I find the right combination of my powders and low carb flours. I will let you know later on tonight or toamrrow how it turned out. My daughter tried it and I did not care for it becasue it was to fluffy and I need it heavier and it needs a better flavor. If this works then I have another plan for another german dish. This dish will give me lots of protein and should be pretty low in carb. till I am done with it. I will let you also know the nutrition value on carb and proteins. S- All depends if I am hungry after supper and if I am, might have more of the kneifla.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I am going to try posting what I eat everyday and see if that wil help me with my carbs. I know I will have to pput it down, so maybe I will do better. I am putting down each day what I ate the day before, so I can get the whole day down. B- FF/SF Yogurt S- A small banana & Protein in water, seperately, of course L- 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese S- 1/2 cup grapes S- another banana (better choice than the chocolate bar sitting on the desk next to me, calling my name) D- 1 oz baked chicken, 3 brussel sprouts, 1/4 c FF cottage cheese 789 calories, 9 fat, 124 carbs, 66 protein I have been craving fruit lately and I think that is why my carbs are so high. I am going to try to do better. Thanks everybody for showing me what you are eating. It really helps give me good ideas. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Ok I tried the kniefla and sourkraut. They turned out real good but I have a hard time with the texture of the kneifla, I even tried one kneifla from my husbands, which I made for him the regular way. That was even hard for me to eat because of the texture of the kneifla. I had no problem with the potatoes and sourkraut that I had with it, only the kneifla. I use to eat so much of that before surgery and I loved it, well that is not the case now. It is going to be a long time before I try them again. I think what I am going to do is cut tortilla wraps like noodles and cook them till soft and then add sourkraut and potatoes to that and fry it up, and that will be pretty close to that. I can handle the texture of the tortilla wrap. Now I am onto another german dish to try. I never had much trouble with textures before like i do now.
