Arrow Hohoho, It's Tuesday what did you eat?

Good afternoon everyone, hope all are doing great.

7:00 coffee
B: one cheese stick, skimmed butter milk
water water water
S: peanuts, green tea with mint, one small Hershey's sugar free almond dark chocolate (1 gm carb hehehehe tastes good)
L: taboula, chicken ceasar salad, cole slaw
S: Banana and turkish coffee
Hydro aerobics (1 hour), 20 minutes, for 10 minutes....AAAhhhhhhhhhhh loved it

got out from the pool very hungry!!! so I had one red apple, skimmed butter milk, and water (while driving back home) heheheheh
D: Hardee's Roast beef kids meal sandwich with wize cheese (removed the thicker bun, and ate it with the thinnest) had 3 french fries and one sip from the diet coke ( I missed it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad!!!! especially the chilled one!!!) AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

hey you guys, peanuts! ohhh that sounds so good. Its 7:41 am here in Fargo and Im sipping tea {crystal light} and eating some raspberry jello, til I get my start.. away from this message board, haha....Since surgery was only last Thursday, I am very careful what I eat, level 2 till Friday, but hey, Im full after that shake!

Oh one last thing..... I have these two ripe red tomotoes on my plant that I want to eat soo bad....but I will not.... do you suppose I could just go and lick them?

keep going soon you'll be able to eat anything in no time just be a bit patient hehehe you know when I was in your time I've lost my biggest chunck, the liquid diet really works!!!!!

SHH awwwwwwwwwwww when did you post this message? were you in the chatting room today?? BucketWheat are your newly post-op???
I heard that diet soft drinks that has Soda in it is a tabo for at least 1 1/2 year post-op!

3 years post-opp.it was 2 years before i had a soda!
