Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I guess I should list the title as what did you eat yesterday..... hahaha B- coffee, protein bar S - protein shake L - carb control yogurt, red. fat cheese stick, banana S - 6 triscuits D - calamari totals: Cal - 986, P = 70, Carb - 104, F - 40 I was helping DH at the restraunt bake bread, and I ate the calamari for dinner bad choice and my fats were incredibly high!!!!! Better choices today!

| Okay yesterday was B - 3/4 cup Cottage Cheese S - Protein Drink L - 3 oz Prime Rib/1 oz cheese S- Hand full of Cashews (with a couple chocolate covered raisins. Here is my demise!) D - 2 oz Crab Cake, 1 oz Scallops, 1/2 ear corn on the cob I over did the carbs, I also had about 5 Jelly Belly's. Today will be better.
