Default 5/3/08 what did you eat??

B: scrambled egg, cheese, 1 rye toast
S: 1 oz pepperjack, 6 ritz whole wheat crackers
L: a few bites of a slice of pizza (wasnt sitting right...)
S: pepperjack cheese stick, 1/2 a croissant
D: grilled chicken breast (4 ozs) with 1 tsp teriyaki brushed on. (that was so good)
S: few bites of watermelon

and i just ate a thomas' mini bagel (toasted the hell out of it LOL!!) whole wheat with cream cheese.

i guess i ate too much carbs today?? oh well. tomorrow is another day.

Okay...I am going back to holding myself more accountable for my daily food choices. I enter this informaiton in Fitday and thought that I could just cut and paste but it did not work so well. Oh well...another day.

0.9 oz bag soy chips - 7 g protein

D - Kashi has frozen pizza - whole wheat, thin crust: veggie, chicken or tomato garlic - and they are small (still can only eat a little less than half) I had the tomato garlic - not bad - kinda like making your own on a tortilla - 14 g protein

S - 100 cal lorna doon

Protein = 77
fluid = 30

crazy day - running around all day - but I still came in under 900 cal and lost 1/2 pound!
