S: pepperjack cheese stick, 1/2 a croissant D: grilled chicken breast (4 ozs) with 1 tsp teriyaki brushed on. (that was so good) S: few bites of watermelon and i just ate a thomas' mini bagel (toasted the hell out of it LOL!!) whole wheat with cream cheese. i guess i ate too much carbs today?? oh well. tomorrow is another day. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B - Achiev1 - 20 g protein S- Achiev1 - 20 g protein S - SB Choc/raspberry 100 cal protein bar - 5 g protein L - 4 oz 2% cottage cheese - 11 g protein 0.9 oz bag soy chips - 7 g protein D - Kashi has frozen pizza - whole wheat, thin crust: veggie, chicken or tomato garlic - and they are small (still can only eat a little less than half) I had the tomato garlic - not bad - kinda like making your own on a tortilla - 14 g protein S - 100 cal lorna doon Protein = 77 fluid = 30 crazy day - running around all day - but I still came in under 900 cal and lost 1/2 pound!
