Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B- cinnamon pork rinds- 10 protein & 2 carb.
S-1/3 of a raw cucumber
D- 3 oz. beef liver, 1/4 cup fryed onions and a little later on I had a sugarfree icecream bar only 9 carb. 25protein
S- nothing, becasue I am going to plant my onions and some seeds in the garden and then off for a walk. I cannot work in the garden if I eat something, I feel to full.
Supper- cabbage soup with ketchup & a little carb free cream & 1oz of slowcooker beef meat- 8 protein about 6 carb.
S- hotcoco protein drink (cho peanutbutter) 22 protein & 7 carb.

Going to be a good day for carbs. pretty low today No updates today becasue I am definatly eating this. 60 protein & 24 carb. today

Amina the name of the ice cream bar is called sweet freedom and on the box it says no sugar added and I also have carb smart ice cream bars and on the box it says splenda for the sugar. The carb smart ice cream bars have 9 carbs per bar. Then I also do the 100 calorie bars. But I do not eat them everyday. Maybe about 3 times a week. Hope that helps.
Sorry for getting back so late but I was outside since 3 this noon working on the garden and went for a walk, Was rather a short walk today, becasue my feet hurt. But I got a good work out in the garden. I had to hoe all the big tractor tires before I planted the onions and the seeds. Radishes, cabbage, eggplant, califlower & roma tomatoe seeds. once the cabbage, eggplants, califlower, and roma seeds are big enough buy the end of May or the first part of June, I am going to transplant them in the garden. Sorry for rambling on and on about my garden.

B- Weight control banana bread oatmeal made with skim milk
S- none
L- 1/3 of a subway club sub and cinnamon rice pudding made with spleanda
S-yogurt and sb granola, and sb choc covered soynuts
D-3oz hamburger and salad and cucumber in it.
S-1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream, and will also need to do cottage cheese for the protein for today.
