Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Okay, here's what I ate yesterday: B- Yogurt, 99% fat free, sugar sweetened (made me dump slightly) L- small chicken breast D- 2oz steak, about 2 tblspns of mashed potato with 1oz of shredded cheese on top, 1/2 ounce of mushrooms on the steak, 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese. S- Protein drink 839 calories, 19 fat, 53 carbs, 110 protein I guess I didn't need that protein drink last night. For some reason I was thinking I was light on protein for the day. Duh! I forgot my yogurt for breakfast, so my friend from work gave me her yogurt. It was a "regular" yogurt and I ate it without reading the label. All the sudden I felt dizzy and started with the cold sweats and nausea. I then looked at the label and it had 28 grams of sugar. No wonder! I won't make that mistake again. Later, Hubby made me a wonderful steak dinner. Yummy! |
