Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Talking

Good afternoon-

Im not on the WLS diet yet because I just started the process but figured what the heck, I can let you all know what I am eating.

Started 1200 calories a day diet

Breakfast- Special K w/ banana and skim milk
Lunch- 12 inch veggie sub on wheat bread with olive oil and 2 slices of cheese
Dinner- chicken w/ veggies

I thought I was doing good before but the Nutrionist said that I was eating about 2000 calories a day and needed to cut it down to 1200 for the next month. I guess this will help me loose some weight too!

Hey Shh,
Your spaghetti squash and veg. sauce sounds good.
Went on tour of Door County WI all day w/family. Lord there were food samples everywhere. It got me wondering how many calories I used to eat before WLS. I also noticed people eating huge sugar cones with frozen custards. I would have never given it a 2nd thought before. It's a wonder I didn't weigh more between my caloric intake and lack of exercise. Glad I'm here and working on me.
B) bocca burger, 1T LF yogurt, 1 slice 2% cheese
(I nuke the bocca on each side for a minute then spread the yogurt on, then top with the cheese. I nuke it again till the cheese melts. The yogurt helps the tast and the texture and this stays with me a long time)
L) 1/2 c. salmon salad, 10 bite size pretzels, 2 cherries (they're picking them now in Door County)
S) Protein drink & coffee
D) 1 oz. smoked whitefish, 1oz. beef jerky, 8 oyster crackers
