B: 2 Rey dry crisps with light cheese spread
& for an hour
S: cheese, apple, green tea with mint
L: will be at my parents..... I will try to stick to my low carb program let's see which angle will win heheheheh loved this smilie

L: I had 1/2 beef kabab, small stewed beef with green salad
S: arabic coffee 2 small spoons sugar free jello with peanut butter
S: peanuts and water
D: 2 Rey crisps with labnah (thick yougurt) olive oil and oregano

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

TGIF FOR SURE!!!
Getting into some decent swim weather here after today
so I am pschyed.

WHAT i ate yesterday:

BREAKFAST: jimmy dean ommelette
SNACK: 3 salt free pretzels
LUNCH: tuna wrap w/ swiss cheese
SNACK: protein bar
SNACK: Quaker Q smart bar ( i missed dinner went from work straight to my daughters cheering practice)
SNACK: sunchips (after practice)

woohoooooo!! friday is my break the rules in the morning day!! today is the day i get my sugar buzzzzzzz.... two krispy kremes and a cup of coffee............if i space the doughnuts out far enough no dumping....... i was two years post-op before i would even concider eating something like this!!!"friday is my day"

Jerry, don't you feel foamies after you eat regular sugar??

I hate myself if I dare and eat something that has sugar in it, I feel like I wanna bang myself against the wall or maybe hit my head on the table it's an ugly frustrated feeling! I wonder if it lasts after 2 years?

foamies? never had that dont reckon! well i passed on the doughnuts this morning just the same!!! i did have a bag of dried fruit.........

B) 1/2 bocca, 1/2 LF cheese, 1T yogurt
S) protein w/coffee
L) 1/2 slice rye, 1oz. salami, 1t. lt. cream ches., 1/4 c. chicken & veg. soup
D) 1/4 c. applesauce, 1T bc crumbles, 3oz. broiled wall eye pike, bite broasted chiken thigh, bite carrots & onions, bite bake potato
