Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B- hotcoco protein drink(cho.peanutbutter protein and some sugar free hotcoco)
S- nothing
D- big mac without the bun and about 5 fries
S- 1 1/4 cup of beef stew , a little later on two sugarfree candies, 4 honey wheat pretzels, then a little later on again I had 4 wafer cookies(bad ones)(for some reason I am hungry this noon)
Supper- 2 oz. steak(leftovers) and lettuce with dorthy lynch dressing
S- do not know if I will be hungry becasue steak fills me up and supper is going to be late tonight.

I look at this day as a bad day of eating for me and tomarrow is another day.
