Good afternoon
7:00 coffee
B: peanuts, WWW&C sandwich
S: green tea with mint and turkish coffee
L: Backed vegi's (carrot, cauliflower, zuccini) with grated cheese, vegi's soup, 2 small tables white rice with mashed potato
S: one apricot, one small peach
S: 3 sips of Hot cocoa with protien powder added.
D: 3/4 low carb wrap of chicken shawarma.

Didn't have time to work out today!, I'll make it up tomorrow inshallah

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Glad you keep the post going. Glad to keep you company!
Today's food:
B) couple bites left-over broiled walleye pike, 2" banana
S) protein drink & 1 c. milk & coffee on ice
L) 1oz. bagette & 2oz. wood smoked salmon
D) 2oz. walleye, 1/4 marinated green beans and zucchini (Paul Newman's lite raspberry dressing is the marinade)
S) 1 c. dry cheerios, 1 slice 2% ches.

Hello,
kat, I am so impressed with all the fish that you eat. I tried glazed salmon on thursday, just can't get past the taste.
Sat-
crsytal light tea, hot
cream of wheat- both at 5 am
8:30-tea again
protein drink
beef broth made into gravy with blended veg's
water
tapocia pudding
protien drink
water
tried to eat grilled shrimp, ate 2
1/2 baked potato/sour cream
water
I waited all day to eat the shrimp and it was kinda a disapointment, sure wasn't like eating that darn cream of wheat! Peggy
