Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B- left over steak pieces & carrots in mushroom sauce (totol amount was about 3/4 cup)
S- cheese Kuchen without the crust(1/2 cup)
D- one rice cake with some slowcooker pork over the top of the rice cake. If I have room yet a 100 calorie icecream bar.
S- cho. nobake cookie (homemade with protein powder & protein cereal added in to it. Good source of protein) Pretty low carb till I am done with it. This will take care of my cho. craving and the fudgyness of it.
Supper- chile (1cup) lettuce & dressing an hour before supper
S- is going to depend if I am hungry after chili for supper, it will be a hotcoco protein drink
