Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kelly it is the one I am still working on. Now my daughter loved it but it is not sticky enough for me and so tomarrow I am going to make another batch. I also used the wrong kind of oatmeal, the one I used was not the instant one and it was hard in the bar. I also think I got to much protein powder in it and I forgot the walnuts. I also used protein cereal that looks like rice krispies but they are harder and crispier than rice krispies. So when I make it tomarrow I will post the recipe. I think I am going to make two batches and make one without the cereal and with only oatmeal, low carb coconuts, walnuts and protein powder. I want to make a variety and I want to try and freeze some to see how they freeze. Then I will figure up the carbs. & protein in that bar. I am not sure if I posted the recipe already, but I am still working in perfecting it to my liking and making it in a few different ways.
