Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Chuppy, how much total protein are you getting in in a day?
You need at least 60-80 grams per day, some surgeons instruct their patients up to 120 grams per day.
You need a minimum amount of carbs, but don't forget, for bypass people, protein is the priority!

Hello everyone,
And how was your day? My jeans are getting loose...feels mighty fine after 3 weeks of nothing changing.
B) Bocca burger, 1 slice 2% cheese
S) Protein drink with milk, coffee and NS swiss miss
L) 3 haved slices deli ham, 1 T LF cream cheese and 1/2 cheerios (made rolls and cut them in 1/2
S) 1oz. sauteed ground beef
D) 2oz. roasted chicken thigh, 1/4 c. cooked zucchini, 1" banana
Chuppy try Unjury. 20gms. protein, 3 carb., mixes well and tastes swell in a variety of drinks and foods. I should get a commision from those people for spreadng their product around. LOL
