Breakfast- Fage 0% Yogurt with a handful of Special-K High Protein and about 6 big strawberries. Mid-Morning snack- Ostrim Meat snack and a GrannySmith Apple Lunch- 8oz grilled tuna steak, with grilled Squash, Onions and tomatoes Afternoon snack- Cottage Cheese, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers and Carrot sticks. Dinner- (about ready to pull the eggplants out of oven...) Big Chicken Breast with roast eggplant and asparagus and wild rice. Big salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, smoked mozzarella and balsamic dressing. Later for late-night snack- scrambled egg or maybe leftover salad…. Best Wishes- Dx |
