Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi ya,
Had a little "problem" with carbs. at the end of my day...God I still love them so very deeply
B) 3T uncooked cream of wheat, 1/4 c LF ricotta
S) Protein drink w/ skim milk
L) 3oz. wood smoked salmon, 1/3 c. zucchini, 5 fresh bing cherries
D) 1/2 c. brown rice with celery, onions and cream of mushroom soup
1"x1"x1/2" banana bread
S) 1oz. chix., 3 pcs. zucchini
That brown rice and banana bread cost me over 200 calories and =ed hardly any ptotein. I come up short for the day! It really frustrates the heck out of me that I made such a poor choice.

don't beat yourself up Kat... just pic yourself back up and dust yourself off. I miss banana bread so badly...and I will have to buy a zucchini to eat soon. I miss that too.
