Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B- 4 oz. headcheese with a tablespoon of dorthy lynch dressing to dip my headcheese in. I got one of those weird tastes today again.
S- 1 cup of fresh strawberries & a little later on I had a fruit roleup.
D- 2 drumsticks, some carrots with gravy over the carrots and potatoes if I have room for potatoes.
S- 3 strawberries that are left from the container & homemade nobake cookie square
supper- 1 cup of cream of wheat, maybe cantalope maybe a radish or two, all depends if I have room for anything after I eat my cream of wheat.
S- hotcoco protein drink

For some reason I am hungry today. I had no appitite yesterday and ate very little yesterday, but I sure can eat and eat today. Seems like I cannot get satisfied today.

Edie, the only reason I was just going to eat a few veggies was to keep from getting too many calories. What if I drink a protein shake for dinner?

Hey, it was 2 cookies and tomorrow is a new day. Besides, before surgery I bet it would have been a lot more than 2 cookies if you were anything like me! In the scheme of things, that isn't very much!
