Default Food not satisfying me today.

For some reason I am not getting satisfied by food today. It seems like I am hungry all the time today. I bought some strawberries yesterday and I ate almost the whole container since last night. Plus I ate my meals but I had hardly no appitite yesterday and ate very little yesterday except for the strawberries I ate before bed. It seems like all I think about today is food and food and food. I am thinking of what can I eat next once my pouch has room for it. I am trying to keep my mind occupied but it always comes back to food and feel hungry today, oh my gosh I hope it disappears tomarrow, I feel like I am out of control today. I hope I can stick to what I posted in what did you eat today. I am trying to stay with the healthy choices for my hunger problem today, or should I just say I do not know what I am hungry for today, you know one of those days a person has. I hope it passes by tomarrow. I thought I would post this to keep my mind occupied here and not on food. Oh by the way I lost another pound and now I lost 134 pounds. When was the last time I weighted 239, oh my gosh it has been so long that I cannot remember and it is more than over 30 years ago. This is a dream come true cause all I could do back then is dream about that weight and now I am there. Wow.
If you have any good advise about my hunger today and which I do think is all in my head but I am taking action and actually eating what I want except for the bad things becasue I do not want to get sick today. I am sticking to my foods what I am suppose to eat but I think I am eating to much today.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have days like this- always seems to be before that TOM comes. I do my best to choose healthy foods, and drink as much as possible. For me sucking on a popsicle helps since it takes a little while to eat it, but it's like nothing as far as calories, but adds to my fluids.

Honey I was exactly like this the whole month last month with just a few days of not wanting to eat. I did however make good choice when I did have to have somthing to eat. Like a small salad with fresh veggies and I have learned to make my own salad dressing for it. Another option is to eat carrots. That way if I feel the need to graze im putting somthing good into my body and hardly any calories. I also learned that if I eat beef Im not hungry until my next meal. Im bad about wanting to chew somthing anyways or have it crunch in my mouth. This breaks the thinking about food all the time for me. I do know what you mean by that statement because like I said I was like that the entire month last month. The thing is dont stress over it what so ever. It does pass.

I hope that this will pass for you, tomorrow is almost here hang in there. Just think what you would have eaten before surgery on days like these, a whole lot less now. You are doing great, keep it up.

Now that I am introducing real meat to my diet, I am also finding that it sticks to me a little longer. As I approach going back to work, I am thinking that I should save meat from the night before to eat for breakfast to get me through to lunch at work.

I made pork tenderloin tips/rice/green beans for dinner and DANG that was good! Hub went back to the stove three times, compared to my one little saucer of dinner that satisfies me completely! total day's calories: 800! I am liking this!
