Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B: A very dry piece of toast with Tomato. I found a bread I can stomach! Sarah Lee makes it. White Wheat and only 70 calories per slice. Total 80 calories for Breakfast
No snack.
Lunch: Roamine Lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onion and a slice of swiss chesse mixed as a salad with my own homemade dressing. 150 calories ( most of these come from the dressing) Sigh...... I have noticed I have gotten very little protein in today. I will try to bump that at Dinner.

Snack: Shouldnt be hungry the salad was a good size.

Dinner: Lean sliced beef and gravy. A very good portion of this. 300 calories. It was delicious and had alot of protein in it. I will do better with my protein tomorrow and calories. Meaning uping both a bit.

Snack: Dont need one. The beef filled me up and I will just fine until the Am.
