Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I did by lots of vegs to cook and steam { what I would give for a raw carrot and dip} I did buy some of thoes ice cream dips, very tiny... a watermelon to blend
some ground up turkey, ground beef. Ill have to get on the ball to see what I can do... Im on a mission.....

Peggy I love eating the 99% fat free ravioli by Chef Boyardee when I just can't handle meat. It isn't too bad. Worth giving it a shot anyway. Do you like crab salad too? I found that early out it was the only one I could stomach...I couldn't do eggs or tuna early out. Best of luck to you.

Okay the are the Edey's little dots sugar free and fat free? I am dying on this blended food diet and almost at the soft food stage diet and never even thought of chef boardee. I know my doctor's office keep saying no beef until 6 weeks out did anyone's else say this? Good idea with the chili beans did you have the sauce or just plain beans? I just did a chicken pot pie blended and am only finding it hard to know which bite is enough I always seem to take one or two too many. UGGGHHH. I measure out the 1/4 cup like they say but it is just to much food although my head is saying eat it all you are starving..... Oh well I am sure that will get better!

Hijacking!
cabbieeeeee!! Where ya'been? How ya'doin'?

'Kay, back to the regular progams.
Have you tried baby spoons? I think it was fr1endly2 who suggested it, bit baby spoon and baby cups and stuff is a good way to help control your bites and protions, so if you haven't tried it yet, it may be worth a try.
As for what food you can eat how far out, different surgeons have different protocols, but reading evenone's posts, I get the feeling many don't do well with beef and red meat early out, anyhow.

all!

yes it was the regular ol can of chili beans, I just drained the liquid off and blended it, mix it with the blended ground beef, added sour cream when I ate it.
It was very tasty.
And no the dots are not sugar or fat free, but I only eat 2 of them and that is enough. On there container a serving size is 25 pieces and pieces in the container are 25.But they have 3 grams of protien.Ha

Peggy sue....I loved broccoli and cheese soup when I was early out. the lime margarita does sound tempting though..... I am actually starting to think that having broccoli cheddar soup would be yummy again...I ate it so much in the full liquids stage. I also took turkey chili that is 99% fat free and blended it during that stage adding a dollop of Daisy...lol. Another thing I liked was tomatoe soup made with milk and a tiny taste of buffalo sauce for a kick of flavor. Good luck.
