Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Wedensday August 2st, 2006 Good morning 7:00AM Hazelnut flavored coffee, with lite coffee mate and splenda (coffee mate has 3g carbs, 20 calorie, 0 protien), B: had 2 bites of whole wheat cheese with vegi's (Bread = 5.3 g carbs, calorie = 30, protien 1g, white cheese has 27 calorie, 1 carbs, 3g protien ) S: Turkish coffee with splenda (0 everything!), 15g peanuts ( 168 calorie, 7g carbs, 5g protein) S: green team with mint and splenda, 2 cheese sticks (0g carb, 120 calorie, 12g protein) L: Backed ground meet with 3 potato slices( 27g protein, 237 calorie, 0g carb, potato 128 calorie, 29g cabs, 3g protein ), skimmed butter milk ( 40 calorie, 5g carbs, 3 protein) S: 4g carb hot cocoa with protein powder added. TOM, I feel so tired and don't feel like to workout ![]() S: 15g peanuts bag ( 168 calorie, 7g carbs, 5g protein) with 1/2 liter water bottle diluted with Rasberry lite crystal and zest of a lemon (Yummi and not feeling guilty hehehehe) D: 50g whole wheat arabic bread with beans (bread: 138 calorie, 27.7g carbs, 6.9g protein, beans ??) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total ( 80g carbs, 1076 calorie, 66g protein) 0.75 liter of water

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good for you Jerry, you know although I'm post op but I crave the carbs like hell!!!!!!! I love the cookies too but they're rich with regular sugar, I hate myself when I have the foamies so that what pushes me away from my favorite sugary food!

| Super Moderator | Chuppy, at your present stage, up to 1000 kcal is fine. No way you are going to gain weight with mere 1000 kcals per day. However, probably 800-900 kcals is probably about what you can eat, you are still only slowly increasing your intake as your pouch settles.

5' 6" Height: | Hey everyone, Good work with the protein, Chuppy. Today was hot and long and I am hungry right now. I have made a pact with myself to not eat after 6PM. B) Bocca burger w/american cheese and 2T plain LF yogurt S) Protein drink w/coffee L) 3oz. wood smoked salmon, 1/2 egg, 1.5t. mayo, 1 pc. rye bread, 5 bing cherries S) 1/4 c. crumbled grnd. beef S) 1T. hummus, 2 small bites spinach & feta pie Walked for 1/2 hour in Milwaukee and sweat like a butcher!
