Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good Morning ladies and gentle men 8:00 AM coffee, lite coffee mate, splenda (coffee mate has 3g carbs, 20 calorie, 0 protien), B: 1/2 one whole wheat bread slice with low carb peanut butter (one slice: 69 calories, 11g carbs, 3g protein) (2 tbsp peanut butter: 189 calories, 4g carbs, 8g protein) S: 1/2 cup chicken instant soup, one Rye crisp (carb= 13.2g, protien= 1.5g, calorie= 76g) L: had lunch at the Ritz resturant: Ritz special green salad as a starter, Golden Mushroom with tartar sauce, 2 bites of low carb chicken wrap (musakhan), 2 small fish fingers (shared them with Judy) (221 calories, 15g carbs, 13g protein) S: 1/2 cup pf cafe' Late (skimmed milk: 12 calories, 2g carbs, 1g protein), water 5:30PM early dinner, finished my lunch low carb chicken wrap (520 calories, 16g carbs, 33g protein) S: coffee (coffee mate has 3g carbs, 20 calorie, 0 protien) S: 3 slices cantaloupes, one small peach (66 calorie, 13g carbs, 2g protein), one guava (37 calorie, 5g carbs, 1g protein), apple (72 calories, 16g carbs, 0 protein) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Total (101.2g carbs, 1302 calories, 62.5g protein) OMG I over the limit in all aspects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
