| - Atkins Advantage Protein Bar (150)
- Soy Cappuccino
- Pea Shoots (Sounds Naughty! Just another form of sprouts!) with romano cheese and spray Caesar dressing
- 2 slices light wheat bread, 1 slice turkey, 1 schmear mayo + 1 square low carb chocolate
Exercise - Planning to take an hour long walk in or out. (Okay, looks like it may be in, it's after 2pm, and I'm still not out. It's warm out there. Ick.)
Hopefully out, but this depends more likely on the state of the turning inside out of my uterus. I have death by the red tide, and when this happens, usually for forty eight hours of the four to five days, I am a anemic ghost. On the upside? I have an iron infusion on Friday. I am going to need it. 'Scuse me while I go suck a cow hide.
You're going to tell me that exercise is great for "The Cramps" and such. I know. But, it's not the cramps I worry about you see, it would be the trail of shark bait I may leave behind if I walk for more than a few minutes at more than a snails' pace because those commercials that show you all the sports you can do with Tampax? They lie. There will never be swimming and tennis for this anemic broad.

B- 2 oz. pork & small banana
S-skipped becasue I ate my breakfast at 9 this morning
D- handful of low carb. homemade candied nuts and 1/4 cup of the rubarb desert I made, which only has the carbs from rubarb, and splenda, 1 cup splenda has 24 carbs. I barely had about 2 carbs in my desert this noon. I had to put my soup back in the frig till later on, I only got about 2 Tablespoon down and that is it, I was so stuffed. It is 2:30 now and I am still full, and I do not know why. I just feel so stuffed today.
S- going to try and eat the soup I started to eat for dinner.
Supper- fryed little pieces of steak with ketchup & some baked cabbage with some butter.
S- chili about a cup (I have to eat it up before it goes bad, it has plenty of protein in it)
I think I am ok with my protein today. I think I did pretty good on my carbs today.

If Protein Drinks Or Bars Are Making You Dump Which Rare Then Maybe You Should Check The Carbs Or Sugar Alchole In Them

Thanks Boots.
The carbs can be as low as 4. No alcohol sugars.
It is the flavor that makes me wretch, and wretching makes me sleep. I can ALMOST handle the cans of pre-made shakes (atkins/worldwide pure protein) but it still makes me cringe and I shut down/sleep.
I have tried all kinds. (being on disability and buying different kinds, even samples, are KILLING us. I can't wait to get back to work)
Milk/no milk. Doesn't matter.
Mind over matter sitch, but nonetheless, if having the supplementation before bed allows me to work for 8 hours/day next week...that is how it has to go.
