walked/jogged for an hour, biked for 20 minutes
L: taboulah, chicken shawarma with < 1/3 low-carb thin bread (tortila type), 2 slices cantaloupe, strawberry
S: the other half of the protien var, green apple, one handful of popcorn
S: one cheese stick
D: 2 Rye crips with spread cheese, 1/2 a cup of Curry instant soup.
