Good morning and Assalaaamo Alaikom,

7:00AM coffee (coffee mate has 3g carbs, 20 calorie, 0 protien)
B: 1/2 Slim-fast low carb diet breakfast protien bar (peanut butter flavor) (the whole bar is 4g carb, 190 calories, 15g protein)

walked/jogged for an hour, biked for 20 minutes

L: taboulah, chicken shawarma with < 1/3 low-carb thin bread (tortila type), 2 slices cantaloupe, strawberry

S: the other half of the protien var, green apple, one handful of popcorn

S: one cheese stick

D: 2 Rye crips with spread cheese, 1/2 a cup of Curry instant soup.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Hey Hanadi. How are you? I just got back from my week away, and I really was good while away, but yesterday was my worst! Happy to say, though, that I lost some weight while on vacation. I think that is DEFINITELY the first time that has happened.

So, yesterday for me:

B: Kashi go lean, yogurt and blueberry mixed
S: Cheese sticks:
L/D combo: Chicken, cheese, red onion quesadilla............I just ate a little of them in the restaraunt, and snacked on the rest during my six hour car drive home...........along with a little of my daughter's left over pizza.

Water, coffee, and a few soy crisps rounded out my day.

Hi,
TGIF...I have to cook for a group of 20 this weekend, my first cooking gig since WLS. It should be interesting.
B) 1/3 Gorton's fish filet, 1/3 c. sweet spud, 1/3 c. NF plain yogurt
S) Protein Drink
L) 1/2 tuna salad, 1/4 egg salad on rye toast
S) Coffee
D) NF Yogurt
