Good afternoon,

7:00 coffee
S: cheese stick, turkish coffee
S: grean tea with mint, one whole wheat egg omlete sandwich
L: backed chiken with carrots, green pepper. 3 tb sp's chicken soup, 3 bites white bread (tortilla)
S: green tea with mint

I swam for one hour had hydro aerobics when I was tired between the lapse.

D: in my way home I had 15 g peanuts, with red apple.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Hey pal. How are you today?

Yesterday for me..............start of TOM, so I crave everything.

Pre-Break; Coffee
B: Half a yogurt with Kashi go lean crunch
L: Cheese sticks
S: Soy crisp 100 cal pack.
S: carb control wrap with cheese and slice of turkey
D: spaghetti squash with tomato and meat sauce
S: Rice cakes and pocorn

I guess it was a salt kind of day for me. LOL. S

here's my commitments for Monday:

B - bacon and cheese omlet
L - sausage and egg, had no time for real food!!!! but tons of protein
D - cheeseburger minus the bread and about 10 french fries.

Had approx 100 oz of fluid yesterday too.

B) gorton's fish, 2% slice cheese
S) protein drink
L) 3 oz. wood smoked salmon, 1/4 c. applesauce, 2 baby dills
D) Cream of wheat, 1/3 c. LF ricotta, 1 slice fresh brandywine tomato, 4 T hummus, 2 slices pickled cuke, 1/3 small pc. maraghretti slice, 1x1 zucchini bread
...should have quit while I was ahead at dinner. I ate late, was starving and then over-did it. Didn't listen to my pouch half-way through.

Okay Buckwheat..I understand the shredded wheat...but with water? I think I prefer my cereal with milk personally...lol. I am glad to see that Kat likes to eat weird things for breakfast too. I have a sould sister in that aspect...lol
