7:00AM Hazelnut flavored coffee, with lite coffee mate and splenda

B: whole wheat sandwich with light cheese spread

S: Turkish coffee with splenda

S: 275ml mineral water bottle with crystal lite sugar free peach iced tea with one cheese stick

L: 2 vegi burger, 4 bites of mixed chicken and beef noodles

S: 100 calorie pop-corn and green tea with mint.

D: went tp Pizza Hut for Judy it's her day out! and Yuck none of my fav food tastes good anymore!!! I had 4 bites from my x-fav maccaroni salad, 2 bites pizza I was about to throw out , 1 small potato wedges. glass of water

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

So far today I have had:

Early Morning - Large glass of SF Tang
Breakfast - Egg and Chorizo (mexican sausage) in a small pita pocket

2 bottles of water

Lunch will be - 3 slices of turkey lunch meat and 2 slices of motz cheese and a plum

Not sure what will be for dinner but I do promise there will be no ICE CREAM in my day today!
