My food is crapy today!

9:00 AM coffee and whole wheat conr flakes with skimmed milk

L: at Ruby Tuesday 6 french fries with honey mustrad, 2 bites of Judy's chicken nugget, 4 spoons of salad bar, 4 spoons of chicken soup

S: 4 sips iced tea, 3 sppons sugar free mango ice cream

S: salty crackers, chcolate coated date and green tea with mint

D: white bread sandwich with cheese spread and grean tea with mint.

My food had no protein today almost null!! I hate it when I eat without thinking like a

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

B) Protein drink, skim milk
S) 2 eggs, 1/4 oz. sausage, 1T hash browns
L)1 small slice garlic bread, 1/2 Gerber pear, 3 oz. WS salmon
D) 2 Pan seared scallops in w/ curry coconut sauce, 1/3 c. black rice, pea srpouts, 1/2 c. tomato basil soup
I'm really going to miss posting food while I'm away...I will be writing it all down instead, though. I think I'm addicted!
