B) Gortons fish, 1/2 c. sweet potato, 1 slice tomato L) 1 c. special K, 1 T PB, 1/2 peach, 1.5 oz. beef jerky S) 2 dill pickle spears, protein drink & coffee D) leftover breakfast I got really tired today about 11AM...I might have had low blood sugar because I felt better after I ate.
