Good morning,

7:00AM coffee
B: one whole wheat round crisp with lite cheese spread

for 20 minutes

for 40 minutes

200 times

for 15 minutes





S: 1/2 cheese stick (Jude ate the other half!)

L: lintle soup, 1 1/2 Iranian beef kabab with few lemon juice drops on top (yumi!)

S: green tea with mint, splenda

S: Swiss miss 4g carb hot cocoa with protein powder added.

S: 2 handful lite pop corn

D: one whole wheat bread slice with cheese spread and one tb sp sugar free blue berry jam

Ummm let's think...so far..
b-half slice homemade ham pizza
l- triscuits and whipped cream cheese
s- handfull of peanuts
s-yogurt smoothie...low in sugar
d-? don't know what to make yet.

I actually ate a piece of toast, toasted really well, with pnut butter and honey...ohhh my god.... it was so good and Im not a pnut butter eater, but I craved it. me and my dog shared the toast ends.... but soo good!
And lately I enjoy the taste of orange juice and drink about 4 oz's. Water, water all day with a touch of that true lemon in a little packet....

I love pb and honey...but have been too worried about the sugar in honey...hmmmm maybe this could work?
