Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Tfrey, this is how I make my hotcoco protein drink. What I do is take my 2 cup mug I take about 1/2 cup of cold water and mix in 1 scoop of protein powder, becasue it mixes better with cold water, then I put in 1 or 2 tablespoon of sugarfree hotcoco, I have one with lowfat and sugarfree and only 5 carbs for 2 tablespoons of hotcoco. Then I add hot water to it and mix with a fork or spoon, but I noticed a fork works better. I fill the 2 cup mug all the way to the top, so at the end you have two cups of water and is a good fluid intake at the same time and also 22 protein in your drink, I sip on this for about a half hour. Yummy. I have these protein powders that I do this with. I change to different flavors so that I do not get tired of a flavor. I have a butter toffee, cho. peanutbutter, vanilla, cho., strawberry flavors of protein powders. The strawberry I only use milk with that. The other flavors I do like the recipe I just gave you. There is another thing that I do sometimes for more flavor is I use about two to three pumps of sugarfree flavorings that I also order. I put that in the end of the recipe once I have it all stirred up. I have about ten different flavorings. My favorite is the cho., toffees, butterrumm, butterscotch flavorings and a few others. Do not make it very hot or it is a chance of killing off the protein that is why I only make it just hot enought to drink right away. If you follow the recipe it will be perfect. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions just ask me. I am not much of a protein drinker in milk or just water and I always loved to drink hotcoco and I experimented with this until I got it where I really like it this way. If it is not to your likeing just expeiement with it. Let me know how you like it if you make it.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have never tried unjury, but I hear from people on here that it is very good tasting, I order all my protein powders from the nutrition site. Some are elite brand and some other brands. But I had sample packages before I bought the 2 or 5 pound contatiners. Now if you like mint flavor in hot coco the nutrition site that I order have cho. mint in elite brand that is very good tasting, but I had a 5 pound bucket and my family and friends liked it too and it went pretty fast, becasue I shared some with them and my hubby loves that one too, and this fall I am going to order some again I have too many other powders that I need to use up first. Me and hubby loved to drink hotcoco alot before surgery, but mostly in the spring, winter and fall, summer time I use to drink alot of sugarfree sodas before surgery. Now I can drink the hotcoco protein drink anytime of the year and any time of the day. I make it with two cups of water just the fact I cannot handle it so thick with just one cup so that is why I use the two cup mug I have. During the winter or when hubby wants to up his protein he also drinks it. He drinks this drink now before plain hotcoco. He also likes it becasue it has protein in it and he likes how it tastes. Then you get another benifit while you are drinking it is that you are getting two cups of water down at the same time. Two down and 6 cups to go yet, the way I look at it. The best of it all is that it tastes almost like hotcoco and is packed with protein.
