I have so messed up. I just ate a Heath candy bar. And I don't even feel sick. I swear I didn't want to eat anything bad today. Do I just need to skip dinner now and eat nothing else for the rest of the day?

Christy- it's just a bump in the road- you should still eat a healthy dinner, I am sure your body needs the protein. Just hop back on that train- you have been eating really good!

Christy I would not worry about that candy bar, Just make sure you get your protein in today. Tomarrow is another day, and that one candy bar is not going to put weight on. Just go back on the program tomarrow again and I look at it as a food a person gives into, and that is not bad becasue you do not make a habit of it and every once in a blue moon to cheat will not hurt you.

B- 2 slices grain bread with peanutbutter & sugarfree syrup mixture.
S- extend crackers
D- 4 oz. baked beef steak & 1/4 cup baked potatoes and 1/4 cup coleslaw
S- 2 cups milk with a scoop cho. peanutbutter protein drink about an hour later I tried a small piece of revised Zuchinni bar that I baked
Supper- 2 oz ham and a little later on I had two sugarfree candies
S- still feel full, I just am not hungry
