Good evening,

7:00AM turkish coffee
B: cheese stick
S: 2 cups of tea and peanuts
S: 1/4 cup instant soup
L: whole wheat kusus with ground beef, 3 tb maccaroni and cheese
S: sugar free mocha
S: apple, lite pop corn
S: Banana (OMG lots of carbs for today!!, I'm not paying attention to what I have been eating today. Tomorrow is a big day at work I have to give some technical talks ans I feel nerveous!)

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

had to taste....

I am so bad at remembering what I have eaten from the day before, but I do remember that I drank almost 80 oz of water. That is really good for me. I also went to the gym and did an hour of Dance Dance Revolution at home so I feel good about that.
