Sorry I was too busy yesterday couldn't post it, but here it is

7:00 AM Tropicana sugare free mocha with cheese stick
B: low carb hallomi cheese, mint, oregano, tomato, black olive wrap with coffee
L: 3 low carb wrap of roasted chicken and vegi's
S: green tea with mint, apple
D: whole wheat brown toast with roast beef, water
S: salty pritzzles (29% reduced fat)


I had lots of carbs i feel bad, and what makes me feel worse is that I have no time to workout!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi.
I'm glad this thread is still going. I really missed posting for the last few weeks.
B:1egg & dry ww toast, 1/2 peach
L: 6 ff, 1/4 ear of corn, 1/4 slice zucchini bread (was at kite festival)
S: 1 veggie "chicken patty"
D: baked chicken and green beans
S: double protein drink

Okay so I went to the city so my eating was not good for the day, but here goes.
b-skipped
s- granola bar...first thing all day at about 1 pm
l-slice of quesidilla with veggies in it and guacamole
s-Pina Colada Italian Ice
d-two leftover sections of quesidilla....struggled to keep it down
s-sugar free popsicle
