Arrow Thursday 9/7/06, what have you been eating?

Good morning to everyone

This morning I have been invited for a Goodbye reciption from my dearest friend the triplet twin mommy, My best friend Maha

We had it at Al-Bustan resturant in the Radisson SAS hotel. She was amazed with the amount of food I had!! in fact we were chatting while eating and since I did the surgery I became a slow small bites eater so I had to call waitress to microwave my plate!!

so before breakfast I had 1 cup of coffee with milk
B: 1 small chicken hotdog, 1 bite egg omlete, 3 forks foul (baked beans), stear fried mushrooms, 2 bites cheddar cheese with tomato. 2 glass of water
S: coffee again

She got me a nice heart shape candleholder from Swarovski has red crestals in it. She gave it to me with 2 heart touching post cards. She made me cry of joy :~)

L: 2 small pizza's, one small oregano pasatry, arabic coffee

D: Mixed nuts

Nighty night

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
