Oh my gosh...another busy day.
S) 1c. popcorn (I know, I know)
B) 1/2 protein & 1/2 yogurt
L) 4 strips gyro meat, 1/4 pita, few bites salad
S) 1 slice turkey, 4 pcs. california roll, 3 mini pretz.
D) 2 oz. grava lox, 1 T whipped cream cheese
S) Protein drink, 1/2 lf yog.
This is what happens to me when I don't plan...Yikes!

I'm outta stirfry kits....I want to find some good veggies today at the farmers market...but want something fun and easy to cook....

Any suggestions?? As far as meats go...all I have in our fridge is a Rotisserie Chicken...but, I could stop and get something at the meat market....

Hi ya,
No, I am not cooking tonight...I was even invited out for dinner tonight but decided to nix...I went out for breakfast this AM and that was my fun for the day. My dinner tonight will be a protein drink and maybe a peach. Who makes stir-fry kits? I have never noticed them. Do you like tofu? Hope you had a good shop.

I don't know if you have one of these stores in your area...but in NYC there is a company called Fresh Direct ~ www.freshdirect.com
Love it because they will deliver....

Well...they make fresh bread...and I buy it every week...and they have these "stir fry kits...."
The best part is, they have them with fresh veggies...and seafood, chicken, beef, pork...or tofu.

And YES - I am newly experimenting with Tofu...and I am loving it!! It is very very high in protein....so, I'm going for it. Basically it is the texture of scrambled eggs...but takes on WHATEVER flavors you add with it! LOVE IT!!

L: Fried chicken + 7 fires (too greasy!)
D: Green Salad + whole wheat tortila + fried egg

It's hard to find cooked Halal (butchered the islamic way!) meat or chicken in this country! no wonder my protein in take sucks!
