7:00AM small hallomi cheese white sandwich with skimmed late at star bucks (Kuwait Airport that was the last meal I had with my mom and sister oh God how much I already missed them!)
L: chicken + green salad + water (in the airplane)
S: water + mixed almonds+ spinach and chicken ceesh (in the airplane)


Monday 11/9/2006

B: scrumbled eggs+ mushroom+ yougurt+coffee
S: raw pear + cheese britzles (10 peices)
L: McDonald's fish fillet w/o 1 bun
S: Tropicana sugar free coffee mocha
S2: apple, peanuts, cheese
D: slim fast blueberry musffin bar, few bites of white bread


Tuesday 12/9/2006
B: scrumbled egg+mushroom+ coffee
S: apple slices, water, coffee
L: 1/2 chicken low carb wrap
S: apple, 2 sugare free boots chocolate candies
S: 300 ml semi skimmed milk, green salad + 2 tb sp lite italian dressing
S: 3 strawberries + blue berries
D: 4 bites of chicken low carb wrap (left over)

Friday 15/9/2006
B: Tropicana sugar free coffee mocha
L: 2 bites whole wheat wrap+ burger+Cheese+ketchup+2 fries+ rasberry health watcher yougurt
S: 1/2 WWwrap with cheese
S: few britzles
D: lintle soup+diet coke+peanuts
Husband woke me up at 2:40AM don't ask y hehehe
so felt hungry and ate apple+ 2 small cheese tomato pizza's + orange juice

Hell I'm eating so much!!!!!!!!!!!
