Default Hello Tueday...What did you eat?

Hi everyone. Last night I wanted to eat crunchie stuff...crystal lite substituted and I lived thrugh it LOL

B) 1T black bean caviar, 1/3c. seafood stuffing, 4 naked sweedish meatballs, 1 rumaki
L) 1 c. skim milk w/protein, 1/2 peach
D) 2oz. lox, 2 T lite cream ches., 2 T pinjur, 1 6" flour tortilla
S) 1/2 protein and crystal lite

I was cooking for a party this AM and tasted. I already knew what most of it tasted like, in hind site I should have made my breakfast before I hit the stove. It didn't sit well in the gut. Cooking for me as a living is like handling TNT...I really need to learn how to handle it properly or I'll blow up!!! (Pun intened)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
