B - Coffee, egg beaters scrambled with fat free cheese
L - 1/2 cup mixed bean soup This didn't appeal to me today, ended up with a Healthy choice meatloaf, green beans, mashed potatos and peach cobbler, suprised myself and ate the whole darn thing!! It had 30grams of carbs, thats almost what I have in a whole day!!! I better stick to the steak with a veggie for dinner, come you know what or high water!
D - 3 ounces of steak, veggie
S - EAS protein shake
Coffee, Herbal teas, water as usual
7 degrees today, its gonna be mostly hot drinks! I am freezing!!
