Okay yes I ate today also -
B - Egg beater omelet with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons fat free mozzerella cheese on top, coffee
L - EAS protein shake
D - 1/2 cup caesar salad with light caesar dressing and 4 croutons, very small hamburger (smaller than my grandkids hamburgers) I seem to make the hamburgers in various sizes for everyone here.

I had 6 tater tots, wow they tasted so good, I don't usually eat potatoes, but they were oven baked, much to the displeasure of a few in the house (they like them fried), to bad so sad I say!
Herbal tea, water
Going out to dance tonight so I know I will get lots of water in, only drink ice water with lemon when I go out.
