Iced coffee
protein shake (chocolate peanut butter frosty)
LUNCH
2 slices of swiss cheese
PM snack:
Protein shake again w/ half banana
another snack:
pickle
DINNER:
small portion of ziti
protein shake w/ half banana in it
I finally got on the scale to see were things are at and now
is the time this old timer gets back in control !!!! it was not
as bad as i feared so time to work this TOOL like a newbie
