Arrow Thursday 9/21/2006, what have you been eating?

Good morning everyone,

Oh God I cannot tell you how much I feel hungry in this country I'm not so sure is it the walking peice or is it the nippy cold weather, or is it me who's been exposed to food around me almost everywhere and God they look so goooooooooood!

Hey guy's I found neat things from weight watchers on the shelf/fridge are they good with our diets? like pudding, cheese and onion pastries...they are really yummi. I dunno if I eat them happily or feel guilty?!

I also found neat lo-carb things in Boots pharmacy like chocolates, lo-carb drinks. what do you recommend?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I really hope so my dear kat, in fact I have registered in the UOL sport center I might join their earobics class if they fit my class schedule or maybe go for an hour treadmill walk/jog. They have nice and new sport machines and oohh the center was so vibrant with people moving and humming like honey bees makes me chill and wanna play with them!
