Morning

7:00AM sugar free mocha
B: one toasted weight watchers whole wheat toast with one fried egg
S: weight watchers rassbery yougurt
L: backed potato with red beans and cheese + Diet coke ( Ifelt totally guilty about it!) Will go to the university sport center now.
S: 15g peanuts bag
D: cup soup onion was filling and yummi + cucumber

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

A gracious good Saturday morning to you one and all.
It's my first free weekend since vacation so I'm quite stoked.

B)Bocca burger, slice lite cheese, 1/2 peach
L)1/4 c. WI style chili (more like soup), 4 crackers, 3 FF
S)Protein w/1c.skim milk, 1/2 plain yog.
D)1/3 slice plain pizza, 1/2c. veg beef soup, 1/4c. NS applesauce
S)1 c. popcorn

Hi CHuppy Hi everyone

Yesturday I had

6am coffee with protein
B croissant with butter
s coffee with protein
D baked pork chop with peas and carrots and an apple
S popcorn and strawberries

Sorry i havent been posting to this much....been crazy here...Hope you are doing well.....

Today woke hungry!!!!

6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with swiss, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 strawberries and an english muffin.....told you i was hungry
