Arrow Sunday 9/24/2006, what have you been eating?

Well I haven't eaten anything, it's the 1st day of Ramadhan, but thought of starting this post for you guys.

From now and then, my post for this subject will be shorter because in Ramadhan we usually have 2 meals 1) after sunset we call it fetour (break-fast) which will be in an hour or so from now! Gosh, Leeds day is longer I'm hunger already hehehehhe. Their breakfast time is 7:05PM, in Kuwait it's about an hour shorter

2) sehour which is another meal before the prayer of the dewn to keep you up energitic for the rest of the day while fasting. and maybe one snack in between

Enjoy your day
Happy Ramadhan

Hanadi

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

After my prayers I had coffee, I feel tired.

I got it at Trader Joes. It's sweet red peppers, eggplant, onion, celery etc. all cooked into a sort of tepinade. It has 15 cal. a T and a lot of flavor. I think I'm becoming addicted.!

Don't worry Lisa you can ask me questions as many as you want, and if you feel more comfortable to ask them through PM please don't hesitate to do so

OK no eating, no drinking, no smoking, no sex while fasting. Basically anything that enters your system will be considered as breaking your fast, like, enjections, make up, body lotions, hmmm eye drops, medicines, some went to the extent like tooth paste and mouth wash.

You know the whole idea is to be completely without any luxuary, and supply to live exactly the poverty conditions. It's a copulsory lesson from God to every muslim regardless his or health wealth and class all his creatures are equal and the same and we should all feel each others and if he's generous with some and gave them money and wealth they should feel for the poor people and give their money away for them and sypathizes with them. If you think about it it's only a month a year!!! these poor people in Africa, and in Hazard areas like Tssunami they lived many longer period of tough time! one month is nothing!

and for the children ok, Allah Almighty he's very merciful and he knows exactly everyones limitations kids and sick people, elderly people may have the excuse not to fast. But also he sat an age for the kids when after that certain age they should be introduced to the islamic rules and step by step they are completely obliged to follow them. that age is 9 years old for girls and some say that for boys it's a little bit later than that maybe 10.

Do you when my first time I fasted the whole month?

I was 6 years old hehehehe and I'm very proud that I have my parents and grandma (may god rest her soul) who taught me and supported me through that time. It was a great experience that I will never forget

I hope I'll be as good as mommy towards Jude and Dana.
