Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 2nd day of Ramadhan so far so good, except it was a school day lots of stair climbing and walking I felt a bit thursty at the mid of the day but it's OK 7:05PM breakfast: I had small bowl of Tashreeba, tabouleh salad, one mineral water. After sunset prayers I had weight watchers the Onion and sour cream lite cheese dip with the onion flavored bread sticks (98cal) with green tea with mint. S: while studying, maybe 20 peanuts, with mocha coffee D: 1 whole wheat weight watchers toast with cheddar cheese slice, 1/2 strawberry and Vanilla weight watcher's mouse cup. Will take my vitamins with one mineral water bottle. My water stincks with Ramadhan they maximum I can do is just 1 liter! Nighty night

5' 6" Height: | Starting to screw around with carbs. & fats on a regular basis. I know I'm being bad because of stress but I need to learn to deal with it because it's part of life... B)Protein & coffee S)1 egg, 1/2 c. cooked mushrooms in 1Tbutter L)1/4 c. mixed nuts, 1.5 homemade roll, few spoons of homemade veggie soup.
